THE DEFILED To Support GODSMACK In London

Still jetlagged after returning from SXSW where THE DEFILED last week made their US debut, the London metallers have been invited to support US hard-rockers GODSMACK.
New drummer Needles says: "We're all stoked to be supporting Godsmack in our home town. I'm particularly chuffed as I've been listening to those guys for years and now I get to share a stage with one of my fave drummers of all time (Shannon Larkin)! Though, it could potentially be embarrassing when people realize I've pinched about 90% of my stage moves from the guy :-) It's always good to open doors to a wider fan base, so we'll be defiling as many Godsmack fans as we can!"
This will be Godsmack's first UK show since they were last seen there supporting METALLICA at Earl’s Court in 1993, and their first ever UK headline show.
The Defiled will also play Download Festival, June 8th - 10th at Donington Park.
