Producer/engineer Siegfried Meier, who put his mark on the new KITTIE album I've Failed You and WOODS OF YPRES' Woods 5: Grey Skies & Electric Light has checked in with the following update:
"It's with great pleasure that I announce Beach Road Studio Toronto! For some time now, I've been searching for a small space to operate out of that would allow me to be closer to the big city and the bands located there - bands that might otherwise not be able to travel all the way out to our country location, and a space that would be extremely cost effective for the working bands of today. BRT is that place. Located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown west, this new space will be all about the man, and less about the machine. With minimal and effective gear (24 mic inputs, Pro Tools HD, handful of cool mics etc.), it'll keep EP and record costs lower than what is possible at a larger facility.
