UK's Hard Rock Hell VI - Former SAMSON/MAMMOTH/GILLAN Bass Legend JOHN MCCOY Confirmed As First HRH Legend

Legendary UK bassist JOHN MCCOY is confirmed as the first HRH Legend at the upcoming Hard Rock Hell VI - Fistful Of Rock, which is scheduled for November 29th - December 3rd at Pontin’s in Prestatyn, North Wales.
According to organizers, "This prestigious slot will command a 90 minute set and feature original members as well as special guests over four decades of the musicians career. As we all know John has been in the business for 40 years now and is no stranger to no one, so when tasked, the first thing he’s done is reform Mc Coy with the original American members for the first time in 20 odd years, this set will be followed by a string of special surprise guests who will perform material from John’s entire career, namely SAMSON, MAMMOTH and the mighty GILLAN as well as his current outfit, GMT. So there you have it, a mammoth set over 4 decades featuring guests and material from 5 bands as well as a few surprises….We asked John to comment on his career who was very emotional, but sometimes you just forget how much he’s done and achieved and what we’ve missed out on for so long."
