Metal Kaoz recently conduct an interview with SUIDAKRA mastermind Arkadius, who reveals some of the band's future plans. An excerpt follows:

Q: It's been a year since Book Of Dowth was released. So, what is next in discography for Suidakra? Are there any plans for a new album? I know you've already written two new songs. So, could you reveal us the music style/title/theme or is it too soon?

A: "Shortly before we went over here to play the US tour with OVERKILL we were busy writing new material and finished three new songs. The plan is to enter the studio in January 2013 and record the new album. The release will be probably mid-2013. The songs we have finished yet are bombastic and we also finished the first song with Tina's female vocals. This time, it's gonna be a faster song with a real epic and catchy chorus."

Q: Expanding the previous question is there a timetable set for all the band’s activities? And do you think that such a program can eventually “kill” the artist’s inspiration and artistic freedom?

A: "There is a timetable for us but not because of any expectations of the label or the fans. It's just simply our desire to be creative and write new songs. It's always the same procedure: we leave the studio with a new album and cannot wait to play the new songs live. That's exactly the time where we aren't able to write new material. After being more than a year on tour we had a good distance to the last album and that insure us not to write songs in the same style. I couldn't be on tour for two or three years without writing new songs."
