SLASH Talks About MICHAEL JACKSON's "Scary Fame" In New Video

Legendary guitarist SLASH (VELVET REVOLVER, ex-GUNS N' ROSES) looks back on his relationship with MICHAEL JACKSON, and reflects on some of the celebrity musicians that were part of his childhood with George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight.
"I only knew Michael, for the most part, on a professional basis," Slash says. "When he attempted to be even closer than that I didn't allow it. It was too crazy. There's being famous and then there's being that kind of famous and that's a crazy world to be in cuz you have no sense of reality. I was close enough at that point because Guns N' Roses was probably the biggest stadium band in the world and then you had Michael who was the ELVIS PRESLEY of the period.
