THE INTERBEING Release Video For ‘Shadow Drift’

Industrial metallers THE INTERBEING have announced the release of their new music video for the track ‘Shadow Drift’.
The video was directed by Alexander Hørup. The team behind the video also includes music video editor Jens Høll (KASHMIR, L.O.C, CARPARK NORTH).
Lead singer Dara Toibin commented on the video and the collaboration: "We chose the song ‘Shadow Drift’ because it shows a slightly different side of the band compared with the rest of our album. The atmosphere is more melancholic and the lyrics are based on a surreal world, where the one’s shadow is a separate individual who the main character tries to merge with. In the video the black liquid symbolizes the persons’ shadows, and during the video the liquid covers each personality more and more. The little boy with the rabbit mask is partly inspired by the psychological thriller Donnie Darko from 2001 and he represents the characters’ alternative self. His role is very essential for the development of the video.
We all think the whole process has been awesome and fascinating. From the very beginning we were on the same level with Alexander. It was a very ambitious project which succeeded to a full extent, and we are extremely happy with the result."
