Halifax' Spread The Metal Festival organizers recently announced that almost the entire festival (with the exception of MORBID ANGEL) will be streamed live online. The first annual charity metal festival will descend on Halifax, Canada, on July 5th and 6th, 2012 and will feature headliners Morbid Angel, KATAKLYSM, BLACKGUARD and CRYPTOPSY, supported by 12 others over the two days.

In an exciting new development, the festival will be streamed live worldwide, thanks to Halifax-based production company, www.liveonlinecanada.ca. The webcast will be available to metal-heads around the world, and will be available for registration starting in late June. The cost will be $20 for both days and $15 each day. All net proceeds from the live stream will go directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, in order to fund their incredible and life saving work.
