June 22, 2012, 12 years ago
A short video of DEF LEPPARD drummer Rick Allen’s most popular art piece entitled Divine Mother, from his Electric Hand: Rhythm + Change collection, has been released. In the video Allen talks about the piece and what it means to him. Watch the video below:
According to a press release: “A unique piece within Rick Allen's fine art debut, Divine Mother has gathered much attention. It looks remarkably different than many other pieces within Allen’s collection Electric Hand: Rhythm + Change. Light in background, Divine Mother is sophisticated aesthetically, created by a highly sophisticated drum performance that resulted in the exact image that is seen in the final piece.”
Divine Mother measures 30inches by 18inches on canvas. Only 50 pieces are available, all signed by Allen himself. All pieces come with a certificate of authenticity.
