DEVIN TOWNSEND - More Details And Deadline For 'Lucky Animals' Video Fan Contributions Available

DEVIN TOWNSEND recently announced that he wants the fans to be in his new video clip for 'Lucky Animals' off his upcoming album, Epicloud. He issued video instructions (found below) but just to be clear on the specifics, Townsend's label InsideOut has posted the instructions in print:
"In order to become part of the video all you have to do is become an animal and film yourself, your friends or family while performing to 'Lucky Animals'. Be animalistic, be creative, be funny, be cute. But don’t be cruel. Dress up like your favourite animal, if you like film your own pet doing something funny (without hurting it or making it do something it doesn’t like! Any video with cruel content will be declined!), do mammal stuff, play animal charade, use stuffed animals to tell a story, but whatever you do, make sure you end up smelling like an animal from all the hard work you put into this.So, whoever wants to be a part of it should feel free to join in. Unfortunately we cannot accept anything created by people other than you, so clips from movies, games, comics etc. Don’t be a copycat!
The deadline is August 31st."
Due out September 18th in North America and September 24th in Europe, Epicloud boasts 13 light-hearted, hook laden tracks featuring once again, guest vocal appearances by ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN.

This September, DTP and KATATONIA will team-up for the Epic Kings & Idols Tour, a co-headlining North American run featuring PARADISE LOST as direct support and STOLEN BABIES as openers (DTP and Katatonia will alternate in headlining each show).
