As reported yesterday, KISS and MÖTLEY CRÜE's stop on The Tour last night at the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Detroit, Michigan was postponed until tonight (September 6th) when the band's pryo truck flipped over on the way to the venue yesterday morning.
According to Northwestohio.com, an equipment truck, carrying the show's pyrotechnics equipment, overturned on I-75 near Lima. The accident happened around 8am on I-75 northbound just south of the Cridersville exit. The truck, from Nashville, went off of the roadway, flipping onto its side, spilling cases full of equipment.
The driver was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
