Russia's NERON KAISAR Reveal New Album Artwork

Russia-based symphonic black metal legion NERON KAISAR have revealed the artwork for their forthcoming second album, Madness Of The Tyrant. The artwork, created by talented graphic designer Alexander Tartsus, can be seen below:
The new album will be concerned with the transformation of the inner world, of one of the bloodiest and brightest sovereigns in the history of mankind. This month the band will enter the studio to record the album.
