GENE SIMMONS Says He Was Given £200 Million To Reform LED ZEPPELIN

According to the UK's The Sun, KISS bassist GENE SIMMONS claims he was once handed around £200 million to tempt LED ZEPPELIN surviving band members Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones to reform.
The tongue-waggler said: “In 2009/10 I was given a few hundred million dollars in an account by a large concert promoter and given the task of reaching out to Jimmy and Robert and trying to convince them to get back together.
“Of course, it didn’t work. Robert just doesn’t want to do it.”Gene – who launched Kiss’s 20th album Monster last week – was told to get Zeppelin back together after their monumental one-off gig in 2007 at London’s O2.
Bet he was annoyed when he failed to seal the deal and land his cut of the monster payday the band would have got for a reunion tour.
