COVERED CALL Taps LION’S SHARE Guitarist Lars Chriss For New Album Mix

Swedish melodic rockers COVERED CALL have tapped producer/engineer Lars Chriss (LION’S SHARE) to mix their brand new studio CD, tentatively due in early 2013 via an as-yet-undetermined record label.
The band’s sophomore album, Impact, will mark the recording debut of their new singer Göran Edman (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, JOHN NORUM, MADISON), and new bass player Andy Loos (Lion's Share, GLORY).
“To hear Göran belt out the vocals made me shiver. It was exactly what I pictured the songs like,” says founding member and drummer Ronny Svanströmer.
Covered Call will prove, once again, that their brand of hook layered rock is a force to be reckoned with. Updates to follow.
