Halifax, NS-based spook rockers BLOODY DIAMONDS have parted ways with guitarist/vocalist Ian Bennett and drummer Kenny Myers.

A message from the band follows: "We are sorry to announce that Kenny and Ian have left the band, they've decided to move on and pursue other projects. Be sure to check out Kenny's other band, Halifax metal gods BLACK MOOR, and anyone who has ever seen live music in Halifax has probably already seen Ian shred in countless bands of pretty much every genre.

We'd like to give a huge thank you to these guys for the time we've spent together, the jokes, and the music. The band wouldn't be the same without them.

We're currently in the process of putting together a new line up, but in the mean time we are going to be doing some shows stripped down as a two piece. We've been been working on a killer new set with lots of new tunes so be sure to come check it out. We have some shows coming up in the Maritimes throughout the winter and a full eastern Canada tour booked for the spring, that we will be doing as a duo as well. Also, we have a new 7" coming out on Strange Blood Records. More details soon!"
