Mexico City's metallers ACRANIA have collaborated with the promising young filmmaker Armando Salomo, and King Bong Entertainment to premier their first video clip entitled 'Treason, Politics & Death'.
The performance portion of the clip was shot on the Film Training Center in Mexico City, with state of the art video equipment and an excellent crew,
"The song is about the social conflict in Managua, so we used stock images of conflicts in Latin America, interleaved with footage of the band playing to reinforce the overall protest feel of the song," stated drummer J.C. Chávez.
'Treason, Politics & Death' comes off the band's second album, An Uncertain Collision, which was released on October 20th. The CD was recorded at Circo Volador Studios in Mexico City and was engineered and mixed by J.C. Chávez and Luis Oropeza. The album features an amazing artwork made by Berlin-based artist Eliran Kantor (ATHEIST, TESTAMENT, SODOM).
