WACHENFELDT Featuring ENTOMED Bassist To Release New EP

Sweden’s death metal band WACHENFELDT featuring ENTOMED bassist Victor Brandt will release a new four-track EP in the upcoming weeks through Sliptrick Records. The group’s lineup is rounded out by drummer Jon Skare (OOF EXPLAIN, SIGN), guitarist Martin Bjorklund, and founder and violin player Thomas von Wachenfeldt.
The album was produced at Studio Soulless by GRAVE frontman Ola Lindgren. A press release describes the music as “black stained, gloomy death metal” with lyrics that feature “the immortal words of Aleister Crowley, Charles Baudelaire and E.A Poe along with two instrumental compositions based on The Pentagram and Le Chat.”
