Canuck metal legend THOR is racing across the world’s skies in his Thunder Chariot ushering in the month of March like a rampaging lion. German label Iron Pegasus released Thor's album, Thunderstryck, last November. This inspired the label to celebrate Thor's 40th Anniversary by releasing Thunderstryke Part 2, which Thor is burning candles at both ends to record and release soon. Thor is also planning to perform at this year’s Wacken Open Air Festival.

Thunderstryke was released on both CD and collectible vinyl editions in a variety of colors. The album was unleashed on the world delighting fans in such places as Germany, Sweden, Brazil, and Japan. A new video has just been released called 'Thor-Der Thunderstrycker'. Check it out below:

If that wasn’t enough, the Vancouver Millionaires – the brand that Thor's Sportswear Company built into an empire – will be honored by the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks on March 16th as they face the Detroit Red Wings on the ice; the Canucks will be decked out in full Vancouver Millionaires battle gear during the game.

Thor used his unique marketing strategies to bring back the all but forgotten brand combined with rock and metal events showcasing a sportswear line with the iconic “V” logo by world famous graphic designer Katherine Elo. Check out the song 'Vancouver Millionaires' from the Sign Of The V album below:

In addition to writing a new book, Jon Thor is marketing and producing a concept band called IRON THOR from Europe, which will tour with a feature length Thor bio pic in 2014.

Updates to follow.
