Long Island, New York hard rockers BLACK SUMMER will inavde the WVOX Metal Mayhem studios live tonight, Friday, April 5th at 8:20 PM on WVOX.com worldwide and 1460 AM with hosts Matt O'Shaughnessy and Tony Gizzo.
Making hard rock waves since 2011, Black Summer's debut self-titled release is, as the group puts it, amp'd with adrenaline and features a musical style that has been explained as a mix of SEVENDUST, PAPA ROACH and DROWNING POOL, with their own innovative patented in-your-face modern rock sound.
Metal Mayhem slams every Wednesday from 7 - 9 PM and Friday 6 - 10 PM, and can be viewed live from the main control studio at WVOX.com.
