SCORPION CHILD Announce West Coast Headline Dates

Returning to the West Coast after opening for CLUTCH and ORANGE GOBLIN this past spring, Austin, Texas-based classic rockers SCORPION CHILD will add extra warmth to the long days of summer with a one-hour headlining set featuring music from their upcoming self-titled debut album - due out in North America on June 25th. Local bands will open in every city.

Checking in from the East Coast and eagerly awaiting their performance at the Rocklahoma festival this Sunday, the band shares: “We’re looking forward to giving rock fans and new converts the full Scorpion Child experience… and we’ll probably throw in some new material, too!”

Scorpion Child will be released June 21st via Nuclear Blast. Produced and arranged by Chris “Frenchie” Smith (THE ANSWER, ...AND YOU WILL KNOW US BY THE TRAIL OF DEAD, THE TOADIES, DAX RIGGS), the self-titled album was recorded using analog recording technology.
