Peruvian KOBRA AND THE LOTUS guitarist Charlie Parra del Riego has posted the following update:
"Hey guys! Here's a video I made with Dino Cazares playing a remix of FEAR FACTORY's 'Replica'. I'm pretty honored about playing a solo in this remix with Dino himself on the tour bus. I've been a huge Fear Factory fans for years, so this is a very special video for me. Thanks for the constant support guys. Swedish/Danish modern metal sextet AMARANTHE recently announced their very first US headline tour, starting on July 17th in New York City at the Gramercy Theatre. Support will come from Kobra And The Lotus. The band have confirmed a show in Toronto, on July 20th at the Mod Club.
In a statement, the band says, “Amaranthe are now extremely proud and very excited to announce our very first USA headline tour! After a fantastically successful The Nexus World Tour in Europe and one in Asia, consisting of almost 50 shows, it is now time to bring this monster to the US! The fans across the Atlantic have been very supportive since Amaranthe's early demo days, and it has long been a dream for us to properly perform there. The trek will go from east to west, and more than the initially released dates will announced shortly! Support will come from Kobra And The Lotus, a great up and coming Canadian heavy metal act, and more bands will open for this core package. See all of you American fans in July!”
