CRADLE OF FILTH Cancel Hi-Voltage Appearance

Britain's CRADLE OF FILTH were scheduled to perform at the Hi-Voltage Fest in Istanbul, Turkey on June 29th; however the group has issued the following statement:
"For the safety of our fans, crew and band, we are sad to bring you the news that due to the political unrest in Turkey at the moment, we are unable to play at the Hi-Voltage festival in Istanbul. Cradle Of Filth wish you the best of luck and hope to play in your country soon!"That leaves COF with two upcoming shows:

23 - Hellfest - Clisson, France28 - Universiada - Sofia, Bulgaria
In other news, COF frontman Dani Filth will be appearing on the Mighty Matt Mason's radio show this Friday, June 21st from 9pm to midnight GMT on bloodstockradio.com. Dani will be spinning some of his favourite tunes, talking metal, drinking beer and devouring cheese with Matt, and undoubtedly just generally arsing about over the airwaves.
