JAKE E. LEE Taps WARMACHINE Drummer As New Vocalist

WARMACHINE drummer Darren Smith (pictured below) has been named the new lead singer for former OZZY OSBOURNE / BADLANDS guitarist JAKE E. LEE'S RED DRAGON CARTEL.
Warmachine has issued the following statement: "We would like to send congrats to our band mate and brother Darren! We are so proud of you!"
After over a decade in seclusion, Jake E. Lee is back! In great shape mentally, physically and spiritually, Jake is ready to return and bring his brand of unique playing and music to the world!
Lee recorded his forthcoming album in Las Vegas’ Hideout Studios, owned and operated by Kevin Churko (OZZY OSBOURNE, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH).
Guest appearances on the album include Robin Zander (CHEAP TRICK), Paul Di'Anno (IRON MAIDEN), and Maria Brink (IN THIS MOMENT).
Rounding out The Red Dragon Cartel are Ronnie Mancuso (BEGGARS & THIEVES) on bass and Jonas Fairley (BLACK BETTY) on drums.
