Time Out Dubai recently caught up with GUNS N' ROSES guitarsit Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal. An excerpt from the interview is available below:

Time Out Dubai: So the Guns questions you always get asked... when’s the new album out?

Bumblefoot: "Well we were supposed to start writing after the end of this last run – but I went to India! When I get back, I hope we can all get together, and live it and focus on creating new music together. Fans don’t want to hear about new shows, they want to hear about new music."

Time Out Dubai: Some of those fans will never accept the current Gn’R line-up – without Slash and co – what message would you send to them?

Bumblefoot: "There were six Star Wars movies. If you only watch up to The Empire Strikes Back, that’s fine, but you’re kind of missing the rest of the story. And there’s probably some good things in there that you can get out of it. But it’s your choice; it’s there for whoever wants it. If not, that’s fine. There’s enough of everything in the world to please everybody."

Guns N' Roses recently confirmed a date in Toronto, on July 15th at Sound Academy. Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday, July 5th at 10 AM.

Guns N' Roses were recently confirmed for Festival D’Été (Quebec City Summer Festival) in Québec City, Québec on July 12th.
