Late OZZY OSBOURNE Roadie's Family Fighting With UK Church Over Gravestone Wording

According to Thisisstaffordshire.co.uk, the family of a 66-year-old roadie for OZZY OSBOURNE have been banned from writing 'It's only rock and roll' on their loved-one's headstone – after a church court ruled it 'flippant'.
Sons Darren and Rick Clapham have also been stopped from adding 'Finally fell off his perch' to dad Charles's epitaph.
The ruling was handed down by the Church Of England's Consistory Court following a two-year row over the headstone wording.
Now the Claphams must come up with new wording for their dad's blank gravestone.
Colourful eccentric' Charles was drinking buddies with Ozzy and joined him on The Blizzard Of Ozz Tour as his 'official photographer'.
Darren, aged 47, said: "It took ages to choose the words and we assumed they would be OK. They reflect his character. What has happened is ridiculous and my dad is stuck without a headstone."
Hundreds of mourners attended market trader Charles's funeral at All Saints Church, Standon, near Eccleshall.
The initial complaint over the headstone was made by All Saints vicar The Reverend Stephen McKenzie. The issue was then passed to the Lichfield Diocese and the Consistory Court.
