Now celebrating the 25th anniversary of their landmark Slowly We Rot full-length, Tampa death metal icons, OBITUARY, have been perpetually busy finding new methods way to bring fans closer to their audio carnage through worldwide concert streams and all-access backstage giveaways.
Most recently, the band offered up a pay-per-view, professionally shot live stream of their homecoming performance at The Orpheum which featured a pummeling all classics setlist from their first three platters of brutality: 1989’s Slowly We Rot 1990’s Cause Of Death and 1992’s The End Complete.
This week the band continues to spread their timeless audio devastation with an On Demand, regionally based, virtual tour and live chat with fans. The PPV live stream from the aforementioned Florida show will be presented in full HD quality from multiple camera angles to specific regions and Obituary will be in live chat mode for the duration of each show! The show will remain On Demand to fans who initially purchase the stream to watch as many times as they wish.
Said the band in a collective statement: “We couldn’t be more excited about watching this stream with our fans! We have performed this classic set list on every corner of the planet, so for us to have the chance to watch it live and chat about it with the fans we’ve been playing for all these years is amazing. We are celebrating 25 years since the release of Slowly We Rot and we want you to party with us!
