More disturbing news is coming out concerning the death of former HELLION bassist, Teddy Days.

Leader Ann Boleyn states:

"Friends first learned of Teddy's death yesterday after an obituary was posted in an on-line newspaper. The obituary stated that Teddy died on July 10, 2013, but no cause of death was listed. Nor was there any explanation for the delay in the reporting of Teddy's death.

Late last night, someone posted that the cause of death was suicide and that he had been suffering from depression. Initially friends speculated that the timing of Teddy's death, on July 10th, may have had to do RONNIE JAMES DIO's birthday. Others speculated that, since Teddy had been monitoring postings on Facebook via a pseudonym Slade Sin, which was not recognized by most of his friends, that he may have been upset by some posts. None of those theories made any sense to me, and I removed them from my page and Hellion's pages, especially if they blamed other musicians or incidents that happened in the 1980s and 1990s."

A few moments ago Teddy's long-time friend, Pat "PK" Kelley posted new information:

"I am so sorry to have to tell you this - on Wednesday, July 10th Teddy had a incident with the police. He had been in a serious car accident a few months before and had family problems. He became erratic and extremely depressed. He ended up in a five-hour stand off with the police brandishing a shotgun. He laid down in his hearse and called it quits. It is unknown at this time if his passing was from the police or by his choice. Please contact any of his friends that you know - he destroyed his phone and I don't really know his LA circle."

Boleyn adds: "In addition to being the singer and founder of Hellion, I am also a civil rights attorney. I am not blaming anyone for Teddy's death, but there are a lot of questions about what happened. If anyone has any information, please contact me at: newrenaissance@yahoo.com or leave a message at 818. 606.6618."
