McKagan: "I remember Jeff and Barrett sending me the MP3 for a song called 'Your Secret's Safe with Me' and thinking it was just majestic. And after recording and hearing the final mixes, I knew this was something really special and cool. Cool enough, in fact, for me to sit in a van and go. And I haven't done the van thing since the punk rock days."
Walking papers recently issued the following statement:
"We've been getting alot of emails from people wondering why the Walking Papers album is no longer on iTunes and other download sites around the world. Well, the reason is a good one: Walking Papers has recently signed a global deal with Tom Lipsky's new label, Loud & Proud Records, and our debut album is being re-released through Tom's label and Sony/BMG worldwide."
