EDDIE VAN HALEN To Be Featured In ELVIS Tribute Book Shades Of Elvis

VAN HALEN New Desk reports: "The photo (here) is an outtake from the Shades Of Elvis photo shoot Eddie Van Halen took part in today. We hear that the shots are amazing, and we can’t wait to see the final shot selected for the book."
Shades of Elvis is an upcoming photo book that will feature a variety of the world’s biggest music stars paying special homage to ELVIS PRESLEY. More than 70 celebrities will be included, wearing/posing with a pair of Elvis’s personally owned and worn sunglasses.
Shades Of Elvis is a collaboration between photographer Christopher Ameruoso and Presley’s ex-wife, Priscilla. The book will be released late-November, 2013. Hard cover and E-book versions will be available.
According to his official website, SAMMY HAGAR (CHICKENFOOT, ex-VAN HALEN, MONTROSE) recently did a photo shoot for Shades Of Elvis.
The book consists of many different talents wearing a pair of Elvis' personally owned famous sunglasses. They reached out to Sammy because they really wanted him to be a part of this very special tribute and knew "he would look pretty cool with Elvis' glasses on."
Joining Sammy in the book will be ROBERT PLANT, STEVEN TYLER, WILLIE NELSON, SAM ELLIOT, JOHNNY DEPP, ELTON JOHN, PETER FONDA, TONY HAWK and many more!
