The eagle has landed without question as BraveWords correspondent Matthew O’Shaughnessy received a call from SAXON's tour manager that the group had successfully arrived in New York via the UK this week but with a very minor glitch; a long wait through immigration and customs. Saxon frontman and certified legend Biff Byford rings into my WVOX.com's Metal Mayhem show in New York this week extremely pleased and excited about the success of the bands latest album, Sacrifice, on the UDR label, and upcoming Sacrifice And Sin North American Tour with FOZZY and HALYCON WAY in direct support. With Saxon primed and ready to unleash their unmistakable brand of metal magic on the Sacrifice And Sin tour, Biff Byford spoke with me about the set-lists on the tour, latest release and many years of milestones and memories since the bands genesis in the 1970's.
