Funeral services for former GREAT WHITE bassist Lorne Black will be held this Friday, October 4th, at Murietta Valley Funeral Home (24651 Washington Ave.) in Murietta, CA from 9 - 10:30 AM.

Black appeared on the band's 1984 self-titled debut, 1986's Shot In The Dark and breakthrough album, Once Bitten, from 1987.
Former Great White singer Jack Russell issued the following statement: "It is with Great sadness that we have been informed of the passing of Lorne Black yesterday (September 27th)! Our hearts go out to his family, friends and fans. Lorne was a huge part of the first incarnation of Great White! May he rest in peace."
