ORIGIN Drummer John Longstreth Announces First Instructional DVD

World renowned extreme metal drummer John Longstreth (ORIGIN, GORGUTS, CRATOR) has announced his first instructional DVD, set to be released later this year. Longstreth will be kicking off an Indie Go Go campaign starting Thursday October 17th to help fund the completion of the project.
John has teamed up with Executive Producer Gene Hoglan (TESTAMENT, DETHKLOK, DARK ANGEL) and Producer/Engineer/Manager Rob Shallcross (GENE HOGLAN, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, WEST OF HELL) for the DVD. The DVD will feature material by Origin, Gorguts and the debut of John's latest project, Crator. This will also include demonstrations, gear discussion, in depth breakdowns of all the playing tools needed to be an elite drummer in the world of metal and much much more.

Longstreth will be giving fans and attendees of his upcoming Play Xtreme Music 2 drum clinic dates in Mexico the very unique chance to take a private one on one lesson with John himself.
The clinic dates will take place on October 11th in Los Cabos and October 12th in La Paz, Mexico and are brought to you by Valencia Music. Joining Longstreth will be Dave McGraw of CATTLE DECAPITATION. The pair will bring a brutal, extreme, educational and fun premier seminar on extreme metal drumming to the people of Mexico.
