Chicago's MOUNT SALEM Ink Deal With Metal Blade Records

Metal Blade Records has announced the signing of the Chicago, IL four-piece psychedelic rock/doom metal band MOUNT SALEM featuring the talents of Emily Kopplin (vocals and organ) - Cody Davidson (drums) - Mark Hewett (bass) - and Kyle Morrison (guitars). Metal Blade is preparing to release the band's sold out EP Endless in the spring of 2014, which will include two brand-new tracks making the release a full-length.
Mark Hewett/ bassist of Mount Salem: "Coming up listening to Metal Blade bands that have influenced mine and countless others' musical taste, it never crossed my mind that I might be a part of such an influence. We are very excited to meet new people, play with some new bands, see new places, and have a good time! We are honored to be a part of Metal Blade, a label that has such a great timeline of music history. We are looking forward to contributing to that history as well. See you out there!"
Mount Salem is currently touring and writing for a follow up full-length.
