German metal legends HELLOWEEN check in with an update:

"What a thrill ride it’s been for Andi, Weiki, Sascha, Markus and Dani throughout North America and Canada! Fantastic, enthused crowds, ace burgers – the second last leg of the band’s Hellish Rock Part II world tour had come to a resounding close. But there’s a hell of a lot more to come. Latin American and South American fans beware, as the band and its crew are packing up their gear and stretching their muscles yet again for the final chapter of an incredibly successful trip around the world, that will be accompanied by their very special guests GAMMA RAY. When the final curtain will be drawn in mid-December, Hellish Rock Part II will be remembered as an extraordinary triumph, having visited 30 countries for a total of 82 shows.

As the anticipation for the many enthusiasts in the southern and middle part of America is rising high, a special treat for those fans has just been announced. Anyone sending an email to VoteYourFavSong@helloween.org is being made welcome to wishing a favourite song for the band to play during its final Hellish Rock Part II leg. Whatever song is most voted for will be performed. Promise!"
