It’s a new chapter for the New Jersey based melodic metal outfit JULIUS SEIZURE, as they announce open try outs for a full time, professional vocalist. The band’s former vocalist Charles Corletta departed earlier this month. The band is currently holding try outs in Clifton, NJ.

Julius Seizure released this statement on the search for a vocalist, “The four original members of Julius Seizure need to add the fifth member to the machine. What we are looking for is quite simple: a talented, humble, hard-working vocalist with a range encompassing melodic and aggressive styles. Prospective vocalists are stepping into a great situation, where they will be able to record and perform immediately. No one in the band is interested in nonsense - bring your lunch and come ready to work. Show up to every practice, do a great job, and let’s tour the Earth. Julius Seizure is a professional band, and we need a vocalist to be on that level.”

Bassist Brian Daniel commented regarding Corletta’s departure, “Charlie is a great friend, and it is never an easy thing when somebody you have worked so closely with for years has chosen to part ways. We wish Charlie only the best in his future endeavors.”

Drummer Kyle Wilson added, “We are not letting his departure slow us down. Julius Seizure will continue to fulfil our commitments to our current schedule while looking for a permanent vocalist. Our number one goal now is to continue to play shows and tour in support of our EP Trials.”

Julius Seizure released their second EP Trials in August 2013, and is continuing to play shows in support of the record with original members Anthony Smeragliuolo, Brian Daniell, Kyle Wilson, and Steve Toth.
