CARCASS Record Material "Totally Live" For The BBC
January 11, 2014, 10 years ago
UK grinders CARCASS spent time this past week at Maida Vale Studios - located in London's BBC studios - recording four songs including three from their latest triumphant Surgical Steel ('Unfit For Human Consumption', 'The Cadaver Pouch Conveyor System', 'Captive Bolt Pistol') and a song from their legendary 1991 album, Necroticism: Descanting The Insalubrious ('Carneous Cacoffiny').
Says the band: "This should satisfy anyone who thought the album was too "slick"!!! TOTALLY live in the studio."
Carcass' Surgical Steel was chosen as the BravePick of 2013 by the scribes of BraveWords. Check out all the results here.
