San Diego, CA-based metal band SEVENTRAIN - which features former CAGE guitarist Eric Horton, drummer Joel Maitoza (24-7 SPYZ, SHOCKHEAD), guitarist Jef Poremba (6ONE9, Coffi Baker…yes, Ginger Baker’s son), vocalist Jon Campos (DIVE BOMBER), and bassist Greg Rupp who appeared on the album, but was recently replaced by Steve (Dino) Andino (TOURNIQUET) - will release their self-titled debut album on So Cal Records/Alliance Entertainment on February 18th.

The band has been in the recording studio over the past several months with engineer Don Lithgow (BLINK 182, FINCH, NEW FOUND GLORY).

Drummer/Producer, Joel Maitoza, who is best known for his work with the New York based heavy metal soul group 24-7 Spyz states: “It was a blast to just get back into the studio again with a bunch of old friends and bash out some tunes that replicates the music we all grew up on during the '80s and '90s. Just raw, stripped down, in your face, hard rock lovingly tracked in analog on two-inch tape.”
