REO SPEEDWAGON To Play Free Concert At Fremont Street Experience

REO SPEEDWAGON will take the stage at Fremont Street Experience for a free performance on Saturday, March 8th at 9 PM on the 3rd Street Stage. The iconic rock band will rev up crowds during the 11th Annual RaceJam with iconic songs including 'Can’t Fight This Feeling', 'Take It On The Run', 'Keep On Loving You', 'Roll With The Changes' and more. The concert is part of the 11th Annual RaceJam 2014 is a three-day event celebrating all the NASCAR action taking place with NASCAR merchandise booths and free nightly entertainment taking place Thursday, March 6th - Sunday, March 9th.

Formed in 1967, signed in 1971, and fronted by Kevin Cronin since 1972, REO Speedwagon has rocked to the top of the charts with a RIAA-certified 22 million albums sold in the US, 40 million around the globe, and a string of gold and platinum records. Recently, REO Speedwagon and STYX announced that Rock To The Rescue Extends A Hand To Those In Need - a benefit concert to raise funds for central Illinois communities that were affected by the devastating tornadoes - raised in excess of $400,000.
