SAMMY HAGAR And JAMES HETFIELD To Headline Acoustic-4-A-Cure Event; JOE SATRIANI, HEART's Nancy Wilson Among Others Confirmed

SAMMY HAGAR (CHICKENFOOT, ex-VAN HALEN) and METALLIC's James Hetfield are bringing an all-star lineup of Bay Area musicians together for the first annual Acoustic-4-A-Cure concert, benefiting the Pediatric Cancer Program at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, at the Fillmore on May 15th.
The initial lineup for the concert includes Hagar, Hetfield, GREEN DAY’s Billie Joe Armstrong, TRAIN’s Pat Monahan, JOE SATRIANI, Nancy Wilson of HEART and SCOTT MATTHEWS - playing solo sets, once-in-a-lifetime duets and jam sessions.
Tickets go on sale at 10 AM on Friday, March 21st via Live Nation and will only be available on a will-call basis on the night of the show.
