In the early hours of March 19, 1982, OZZY OSBOURNE guitarist Randy Rhoads was killed in Leesburg, Florida when the plane he's riding in buzzes Osbourne's tour bus and crashes into a house. He was only 25 years old, but his work has influenced thousands and touched millions.

The following legendary artists have paid tribute to the late guitarist on the 32nd anniversary of his passing:

It was 32 years ago that we lost Randy. I miss him every day of my life. I will never forget Randy - he was the best thing to happen to me. I miss his spirit - the world lost a great soul.

I can remember hearing about this small jet crash like it was yesterday. The saddest part besides the obvious loss to his family, friends and fans is what we all lost musically. Artists like Criss Oliva, Randy, Stevie Ray, Dimebag...they were stripped from our lives by tragic accidents. One can only imagine the magic they each would have left had these accidents never happened. Today however, I'm gonna take a few minutes before I get back to writing to listen and remember them all…"
