SEBASTIAN BACH On DADA LIFE Collaboration - "I Don’t Control The Career My Voice Has"
April 16, 2014, 10 years ago
SEBASTIAN BACH recently joined forces with Swedish DJ duo Olle Corneer and Stefan Engblom, better known as DADA LIFE, on their new single and video ‘Born To Rage’.
Speaking exclusively to BraveWords.com scribe Aaron Small, Sebastian elaborated upon this unusual pairing. “My manager said, ‘there’s this EDM (Electronic Dance Music) band that wants you to be their singer for their new single.’ I go, what is EDM? I had no clue what that is. ‘It’s that oi-ch-oi-ch-oi-ch stuff.’ What? Me? Ok, alright. I learned a long time ago when I was eight years old in Peterborough (Ontario) in the church choir that my voice has a life of its own. I don’t control the career my voice has, it’s crazy. But I love the video, I think it’s hilarious. It reminds me of TWISTED SISTER’s ‘You Can’t Stop Rock And Roll’ where they’re riding around in the van; you know that video. It’s very funny.”
Bach will release his new solo album, Give ‘Em Hell, on April 18th in Europe, and on April 22nd in North America, via Frontiers Records. The tracklisting is as follows:
'Hell Inside My Head'
'Harmony'
'All My Friends Are Dead'
'Temptation'
'Push Away'
'Dominator'
'Had Enough'
'Gun To A Knife Fight'
'Rock N Roll Is A Vicious Game'
