Earlier this week, Prong issued their new album, Ruining Lives. Founding member, vocalist, and guitarist Tommy Victor took a moment to reflect on all that led up to release date.

"I must say, I'm extremely excited about the release of the new Prong record Ruining Lives."

"I'm also rather grateful. There was a rare 'magic' surrounding the planning, creation and finalizing of this release. For it to get done, I had to be blessed with the help of some amazing people. I also had to have a good amount of faith. That wasn't too difficult considering the quality folks involved. However a certain amount of trust had to be practiced during the process. That is a key point in the completion of this project.

I enjoyed the process and I am unbelievably happy with the results. The ideas seemed to come out of nowhere, like from an unseen source. They eased into formation of songs with an intense urgency, with very little questioning. This has been a new experience in my career and I hope I will never forget to appreciate it.

So please share this experience with me. Get Ruining Lives and give it a listen. Hopefully you can get a hint of the magic that is omnipresent in this new chapter in the annals of Prong."
