ALICE COOPER Christens Rhino Cub In Prague

According to the Prague Post, legendary shock rocker Alice Cooper christened an almost four-month-old cub of the rare Indian rhinoceros in the zoological garden in Plze?, Pragoconcert music agency head Ji?í Daron has told ?TK.
The agency organizes the Metalfest music festival with Cooper as the main star that is held in the zoo's arena from May 30 until Sunday. Cooper starts his three-week tour of Europe in Plze?, Daron said.
He caressed his "goddaughter," baby rhino Maruška, in the pavilion of rhinoceroses. He also scratched Maruška's mother Manjula and fed them both with apples and bananas.
Metalfest annually contributes to the breeding of an animal from the Plze? zoo. This year it donated 200,000 K? for Maruška's care.
