Having recently wrapped up the first European leg of Arch Enemy's War Eternal tour, vocalist Alissa White-Gluz has checked in with a message to the fans:

"I am truly grateful to all the music lovers, friends and colleagues who believe in me and in Arch Enemy. After everything that happened last year, we attacked this album and are attacking every show with real and renewed vigour. It's an amazing experience, the intense exchange of energy between the audience and the stage at an Arch Enemy concert. I'm proud of War Eternal and of everyone who has our back. We have lots to look forward to, rock on!"

Arch Enemy's new album, War Eternal, is taking Europe by storm. The album entered the official German charts at #9 (previous album #15), the Dutch charts at #36, Finland #5 (last #9), UK at #85 (last #107), Austria #13 (last #37), Switzerland #16 (last #41) and Japan's Oricon chart at #7 (international artists).

The band just wrapped up the first part of their European tour. New singer Alissa White-Gluz is taking a well needed break to rest her broken rib as band leader Michael Amott found time to thank everybody for believing in War Eternal:

“I am truly blown away by the fan and industry support for Arch Enemy and our new album. Seeing War Eternal surpass previous efforts after what we went through last year is extremely gratifying to say the least! There are too many people involved in this to thank them all for this initial success of the record, what I can say is that we know who you are! Arch Enemy is energized by the response to the new music as we continue to tour hard throughout 2014/2015 - the war has just begun!"

War Eternal tracklisting:

"Tempore Nihil Sanat (Prelude in F Minor)"
"Never Forgive, Never Forget"

"You Will Know My Name"

Arch Enemy will also make their return to North American soil this October/November. Featuring Kreator, Huntress, and Starkill as support, this headlining trek will be the band's first tour in the States since 2011- and the first US tour to feature new members Alissa White-Gluz (vocals) and Nick Cordle (guitar).

Michael Amott (guitar) comments: "It's been three long years since Arch Enemy last played North America, but now the wait is over! We're riding a veritable metal tsunami in Europe with our new album War Eternal and look forward to spreading the chaos on this N.A. run! Arch Enemy is very proud and excited to be teaming up with Teutonic thrash titans Kreator as well as Huntress and Starkill! Miss this show at your own peril!"

Kreator's Mille Petrozza (vocals, guitar) adds: "Both bands have been talking about touring together for many years, now it becomes reality: Kreator and Arch Enemy on one bill in the US and Canada! We are looking forward to another killer run in support of our album Phantom Antichrist' before we will start writing new stuff in 2015! With Arch Enemy's new album War Eternal being a monster, this will be THE metal tour of the fall. Don't miss it!"
