Dick Wagner has issued the following update: "Negotiations on finalizing a recording deal for the second Maryann Cotton album, Chester Rose, continue with positive forward movement. The music business is in flux right now, and I have received slight resistance to this concept which is not part of the current EDM trend.

Maryann Cotton is a true rock star - when I first met him I was sceptical that such an obviously talented young man could be so unaffected and sincere in his desire to create quality world class music, and his determination to conquer the rock world as the character Maryann Cotton. I feel he is destined to become a true rock n' roll star, and is in my humble opinion what this industry needs to shoot energy back into it's very lifeblood and to satisfy the millions of true rock fans the world over.

I've been writing, producing and creating majestic, magical music for more years than I care to remember. I'm committed to produce Maryann Cotton and help elevate this deserving young man to a very high level, with the attendant career that follows.
