According to Maidenfans.com, IRON MAIDEN frontman BRUCE DICKINSON has confirmed on MTV Brazil that they are going to record a new album in March 2006. A tour would then follow in Europe starting October 2006. Latin America should be visited by February 2007. EMI's last statement hinted for a summer 2006 tour, but it seems the album recording has been pushed back for some months.
According to a posting at producer Kevin "The Caveman" Shirley's website in August, he confirmed himself as producer: "The early part of next year (you) will see me holed up with (Iron Maiden) in a studio somewhere in the world, working on new material."
