Finland's SWALLOW THE SUN check in with the following news:

"On November 30th, the Headbanger's Ballroom in Hamburg, Germany will play host to members of MOONSORROW and Swallow The Sun, who will preview their new albums for the fans.

Moonsorrow's Ville Sorvali (vocals, bass) and Marko Tarvonen (drums) will be in attendance to present their new album, V - Hävitetty, while M. Kotamäki (vocals) and J. Raivio (guitars) from Swallow The Sun will present their new album, Hope. There will be an autograph session and giveaways on the night as well.

Doors open at 9 PM.

In other news, last weekend we shot a video for 'Don't Fall Asleep'. It was produced by Medialouhos and directed by Antti Hyyrynen. More information about the video coming up later!"

Swallow The Sun recently posted samples for three tracks to be featured on their forthcoming new album, Hope, out on February 7th via Spinfarm.

Check out the tracks 'Hope', 'These Hours Of Despair' and

'Too Cold For Tears'.

As previously reported, Hope will include the following tracklist: 'Hope', 'These Hours Of Despair', 'The Justice Of Suffering', 'Don't Fall Asleep', 'Too Cold For Tears', 'The Empty Skies', 'No Light, No Hope', 'Doomed To Walk The Earth'.

The album features vocal appearance by Jonas Renkse of KATATONIA on 'The Justice Of Suffering'.

A single called 'Don't Fall Asleep' (artwork pictured) will be released prior to the album release, and it will include a cover of the TIMO RAUTIAINEN AND TRIO NISKALAUKAUS song 'Alavilla mailla', with AMORPHIS singer Tomi Joutsen on vocals.
