ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY - Brand New Song Online

ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY have posted a brand new song called 'Words Of The Dying' on their MySpace site. Taken from their forthcoming album, Open Fire, which will be issued by Relapse Records in early March 2007, this marks the debut of new vocalist Kyle Thomas (formerly of EXHORDER and FLOODGATE).
Open Fire was recorded at The Etching Tin Studios in Richmond, VA with engineer Ian Whalen.
ATP drummer Bryan Cox reports; "I can't say enough good stuff about recording Open Fire and working with Ian [Whalen]. We've trimmed the fat and streamlined what we do down to the most potent and essential elements. Ian has done an incredible job of capturing the raw energy and power that we strive to deliver in our live shows."
Thomas adds; "It is so good to be back doing what I love most... These songs run a wide spectrum of emotions and I believe that there are some truly special moments on this [album] that pleased my soul. Ian has really pulled something better from us."
