SEARING MEADOW Seek New Label Home

Finland’s SEARING MEADOW have issued the following update:
"Searing Meadown will enter Noisecamp Studios in February, 2007 to record 2 - 3 new songs which will be used to procure a new record deal."Ville (Pekkala - guitar) and Mika (Ikonen - vocals) have written some 8 - 9 new songs," guitarist Sasu Haapanen writes. "I've heard three of them and have to say that although pretty recognizible Searing Meadow stuff — much heavier and gloomier. Ville's been listening to lot of bands like OLD MAN'S CHILD recently and you can hear their influences pushing through. I guess you won't hear songs like 'These Evening Tears' on the next album."
