SEBASTIAN BACH Planning To Document GUNS N' ROSES Tour In First Book, "Because It Is Fascinating"

Enterprise-Record (www.chicoer.com) has issued the following report from Darien Lomeli:
I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I agreed to do an interview with SEBASTIAN BACH, except to proceed with no expectations.
Sebastian Bach's initial impression on me was that of a gunshot... Pow! He is a force that is in your face, real and with no apologies. He's not shy to discuss what is on his mind and doesn't act contrite for who he is. So, who is Sebastian Bach?
Bach's notoriety came from the multi-platinum hard-rock band SKID ROW. After leaving Skid Row, he switched gears and began performing on Broadway. He had a title role in Jekyll and Hyde, played Riff Raff in Rocky Horror Picture Show and played Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar.
He is now in his fourth season in Gilmore Girls on the CW network and is a guest star in the Canadian "mockumentary" show called Trailer Park Boys, in which he plays a model train enthusiast. Most recently, Sebastian was on VH1's reality show, Super Group, along with Ted Nugent, Evan Seinfeld, Scott Ian and Jason Bonham.
Bach is currently on tour with GUNS N' ROSES but will be making a stop in Chico at the Senator Theatre for a headlining show.
"For me, this whole tour is one gigantic highlight," he said, "because I have been trying to establish my name in the eyes of rock fans as a solo artist. I've been playing huge festivals in Europe, and have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to play the arenas in America. Guns N' Roses is the perfect opportunity."Being that Chico is a small town that many tours bypass, Chico patrons are often forced to drive long distances to catch big concerts. I asked Sebastian if he has ever played Chico.
"I started my solo career in 1996 and in 2000 we played some club in Chico. I can't remember the name of it, but it was a fun show. We are very excited to headline in Chico. We want everybody to come, and we will be doing all the hit songs that people know me for as well as some brand new songs too."Being in rock bands, it is well noted, includes the ups, downs and interpersonal conflicts that can occur between band members. Of his current lineup, Bach said, "I was fortunate enough to get Bobby Jarzombeck and 'Metal' Mike Chlasciak from ROB HALFORD's band. Also, I have Rob Delucca from the band SPREAD EAGLE. He is a dream to work with and a great bass player."
To follow up his 1999 release titled, Bring 'em Bach Alive, Bach's next album will be called Angel Down.
"I don't have a release date for you yet because we are in the midst of signing a new record deal with three of the biggest labels in the world. They are talking to my new manager who is Rick Sales from Sanctuary Artists. Rick is really helping out a lot and we are on the fast track on getting that out in the beginning of 2007."Bach's reputation is one of a wild party animal. That may well be, but there is another side to him.
"I'm not this crazy drunk guy you see on Super Group. I like to be mellow sometimes. I like to read a lot, and I'm actually starting to write my first book. I have read so many books and now I'm trying to document this specific tour, because it is fascinating!"
