Believe it or not, ALICE COOPER isn't all snakes and guillotines - he actually has a soft side. To get to it, just ask him what Christmas was like as a kid growing up in Detroit in the '50s. Cooper told us that his memories of the season could have been used for a classic holiday movie: "Everything was exactly like A Christmas Story, with the BB gun -- nobody was allowed to have one, you know? It always snowed. I mean, it was great. It was really, truly the greatest time of year. We didn't have a lot of money, but we were... certainly, you know, Christmas morning, there was lots of stuff to open up. It was just real family, real lot of fun."

Cooper will start work on a new album after the holidays, and he's also planning out his 2007 tour schedule.
